Ride like a Kid

You’re never too young (or too old!) to start mountain biking.

We target kids who are 9 and under for some basics of mountain biking and do a short (2-3 mile) loop through an easy trail in the woods.

Focus is on enjoyment, traveling at whatever pace they can, and gaining some confidence.

All that is required is the ability to ride a bike without training wheels, a helmet and a good spirit.

Parents are encouraged to come and bring a bike (or some running shoes if you think you can hang a 9-10 minute mile pace and want to help push your kid up a hill if you think they’ll need it). ┬áRides are generally held on the trails behind St. Mary’s College.
